Q: Does JNA ship internationally?

A: Yes! To view the shipping cost for your order, enter your address at checkout and your country’s shipping rate will replace the United States default.

PAYMENT

Q: Can I pay using Venmo when buying something from the shop?

A: Yes, however, the option is only available if you check out on a mobile device. We also accept debit/credit cards and apple pay via desktop and mobile devices.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

Q: Are 1 of 1 painted clothes waterproof?

A: All hand-painted clothing is heat-set for permanence! They can be washed, however, it is recommended you do not get them unnecessarily wet to maintain quality over time. Clothing is not intended for use in rain or snow unless otherwise specified.

Q: How do I wash my 1 of 1 painted clothes?

A: All items come with washing instructions. If yours did not, you can request specific instructions for your piece via our contact form.

Generally, denim, t-shirts, and other cotton clothing can totally survive being machine washed, INSIDE OUT in cold water with mild detergent, on delicate or lowest setting and they can go in the dryer on cold/low if necessary. That said, drying flat is highly recommended to maintain quality over time.

For more delicate items and heavier designs, or if you’d just like to be extra careful, hand-washing in cool water is recommended with gentle soap or detergent. Please do not apply detergent directly to the painted parts of the garment if possible and do not soak for an extended period.

Spot cleaning non-painted areas when you can skip a full wash will help your item maintain its quality!!!

Dry cleaning is not typically advisable.

SIZING

Q: What if my item doesn’t fit?

A: All item listings include measurements, and if they don’t, feel free to contact us to get more details. If your order doesn’t fit, you may exchange it within 14 days for an item of comparable Price. This does not apply to custom orders.

Q: Do you offer multiple sizes?

A: All 1 of 1 items are only available in the size listed. If you love an item but we don’t have it in your size, You may request a similar design for a custom order, however, all custom designs are one-of-a-kind unless otherwise offered by us. We also reserve the right to reject any custom design request for any reason. Scroll down to read questions related to custom orders.

Printed items sold in the Art Merch Shop are offered in multiple sizes and are not one-of-a-kind.

Q: How do we make sure the sourced item for my custom order fits me?

A: Part of the custom order process includes us getting your measurements and communicating with you to make sure we’re confident the piece we’re customizing is a good fit. If you’re particularly concerned, you may source your own piece and ship it to us to customize. In that case, you are responsible for shipping costs both ways, unless otherwise offered.

OTHER CUSTOM ORDER QUESTIONS

Q: What if I don’t like my custom order?

A: Custom orders involve a lot of time and hard work, therefore refunds for custom orders are not possible. In some cases, you may exchange your custom order for an item in the shop of comparable price (within $10-15 difference of your custom order). however, we may reject exchange requests for custom orders at our own discretion.
